- Ensure smooth operations of the Foodcourt in according to the company SOPs and operational work flows.
- Deliver positive customer interactions including involvement in customer service, recovery work and compliant management.
- Perform daily visual checks on surroundings for any irregularities, non-compliances, issues that need to be rectified/resolved.
- Maintain the highest standard of service quality and cleanliness of food court at all times.
- Processes excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and ability to work under pressure
- PC proficiency in MS Words and Excel
