Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operations of the Foodcourt in according to the company SOPs and operational work flows.
  • Deliver positive customer interactions including involvement in customer service, recovery work and compliant management.
  • Perform daily visual checks on surroundings for any irregularities, non-compliances, issues that need to be rectified/resolved.
  • Maintain the highest standard of service quality and cleanliness of food court at all times.

Requirements:

  • Processes excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and ability to work under pressure
  • PC proficiency in MS Words and Excel
