At our 18,000-sqft central kitchen, we have multiple lines of modern production equipment designed for high volume output with quality consistency. Every year, we manufacture more than 1.5 million pieces of food products.
We produce a wide range of halal-certified products, from ready meals to customised food products for major F&B brands. We also produce extensive bakery and hot kitchen products, including pizzas, sandwiches, cakes and breads, as well as sauces and pastes.
Foodfare rides on the increasing consumer acceptance for Ready-To-Eat meals to develop a range of halal-certified, ready-to-serve Asian favourites and continental dishes under the Chef’s Finest™ brand. To meet the growing trend towards a heathier lifestyle, a range of healthier and diabetic-friendly variants are offered under the Chef’s Finest Light™ label and Chef’s Finest Low-GI label respectively.
In 2017, we collaborated with Temasek Polytechnic to develop a series of healthier and halal-certified low GI meals and ready-to-eat frozen pizzas. These are labelled under the NTUC FairPrice house brand and served at a wide range of institutions and eldercare centres. In Dec 2018, the Chef’s Finest Low-GI label is launched to introduce diabetic-friendly range of ready meals for the consumers.
This collaboration is our way of supporting the nation’s fight against diabetes and we will continue to explore more Low-GI food products for the consumers.
More than just producing for the usage by our own internal customers i.e. Institutional Catering Division and Wang Café, our sauces and pastes are well sought after in the market for the great taste and quality.
